Chose the investment property you would like to own from our portfolio of excellent homes in Butler County, Ohio.

Use your good credit to buy the property of your choice with a 80% fixed-rate loan at today's attractive rates. You can chose you own lender or use the bank we have lined up, ready and waiting for you to apply.

After closing, TKI will pay you 10% of the purchase price as a nonrefundable cash option fee for the right to buy 50% of the equity back in 5 years. That means you get half of your down payment back. The only other cash you will have invested is your closing costs.

After closing, TKI will lease the property from you. Your tenant will be TKI, not the actual occupants of the house. That means you will always get your monthly payment, even when the property is vacant. You will never have to worry about how to make your mortgage payment when a tenant moves out.

For the next 5 years, your property will be professionally managed and maintained free of charge by Missy McCall-Hammonds and her team. You never deal with a single maintenance or tenant issue. Everything is handled for you.

At the end of 5 years, the property will be sold. You and TKI will split the profits 50/50. You will receive 50% of the appreciation and all of the paydown on your mortgage.
